Hello everyone, this is my first blog, and I’m really happy to be here. I see everywhere where people want to start being healthy and get fit and I have some great words of advice: JUST START! Now I know when you see that advice, it’s like uumm, ok, but talking will not get you anywhere. If being in a gym is frightening to you start your own home workout. There is definitely no need to go out and buy expensive equipment just to get started. YouTube is is wonderful place to just start you fitness journey. Start slow, and set fitness goals for yourself, and make sure that the goals are obtainable. I know that it will be hard to cut out the quick food and fast food choices out there, but dieting and eating healthier is definitely a key goal to set for yourself. Have a long term goal that you would like to reach, for example, your target weight goal, but short term, achievable goals are key and reaching those goals will keep you motivated to keep going. My goal for my blog is to get people up and going and let people know it’s ok to stumble during this journey, but stick to it. You got it. It’s your job to make sure that you are the best you that you can be. Peace and love people, Let’s get healthy!
